We aim to provide a 99% service uptime, however, our commitments in terms of Service Level Agreements are specified at the time of commercial contracting. A few standard SLA packages exist for common requirements, but more complex or rigorous availability and recovery objectives can be agreed at additional cost. You should talk to your Account Manager if you want to change your SLA with us.
